Signing in
Sign-in happens on your company's own address, yourcompany.titanatlas.live. You use one password and one authenticator app. Both, every time. There is no "remember this device".
- Enter your email and password.
- Enter the six-digit code from your authenticator app. Codes change every 30 seconds.
Passwords are 14 to 128 characters. Spaces are fine, so are sentences. Atlas rejects passwords that appear in known breach lists and passwords that contain your email address. It does not force symbols, and it never asks you to change a password on a schedule.
If you get the password or the code wrong a few times, Atlas slows down before it lets you try again. Guessing never locks an account permanently; a locked account is a decision someone made, and it is recorded.
Atlas tells an attacker nothing. A wrong password and an unknown email produce the same reply in the same time.
