Your signed agreement defines what your Atlas deployment includes.

Confirm the licence term, included capabilities, data access and export arrangements, support scope and end-of-term process with your provider. This handbook does not replace or amend your agreement.

The documented licensing design

The design describes a licence term tracked inside the instance, with active work governed separately from reading and exporting customer data. It proposes a short courtesy period for remittance advice and extension when funds are received, including notice if a reported payment has not arrived after three days.

Earlier design documentation also describes locking active work when a lease ends and removing application files seven days later while preserving customer data. That behavior must be explicitly agreed and verified for the deployment; this page does not authorise removal of files or customer data.

Before a licence ends

Ask your provider to confirm the applicable dates, continued access, export process, backups and retention in writing. Do not assume that a design description proves a working export or recovery path.
