ATLAS.

Recovering access

Forgot the password

Ask for a reset on your company's sign-in page. If the address belongs to an Atlas account, a link arrives. It works once, for one hour. Setting a new password ends every open session; your authenticator stays as it was.

Lost the authenticator

When you enrolled, Atlas showed you ten recovery codes, once. Each opens the door one time. Used codes are gone.

Lost both

An admin or owner in your company can request an authenticator reset for you. Approval ends your sessions and asks you to enrol a new authenticator. Nobody can approve their own reset. An owner's reset is approved by Titan support after verifying the person, and the approval, the verifier and the reason are recorded.

Atlas never resets your authenticator as a side effect of a password reset.
